Those look beautiful, and I will be decorating some banana cupcakes like that for my daughter’s birthday party on Valentines Day. I have read somewhere that if you thaw just a handful of frozen berries, that the juice that comes out as they thaw can be used to make lovely pink icing without food colouring. So I will be giving that a go.
