I was thinking about how my crafts go in spurts, I get inspired by different things and as my son’s interests and abilities change so do the activities. If it were only up to him you’d all be getting police helicopter and fire truck ( with ladders on top, not the side) crafts every single day. Luckily we have Christmas crafts from years past to share while I try to come up with a way to make a police helicopter festive, I’ll get back to y’all when I do. In the meantime, enjoy this Christmas craft roundup!

I’m a sucker for anything with handprints or footprints. 🙂

We do a handprint/footprint ornament every year! The kids really look forward to seeing what we’ll make and they enjoy making multiples. We keep one for our tree, but also give them to family members as well. Although lately it has been getting harder because we have done so many already.
Here’s a blog post I did about all of our handprint/footprint ornaments we’ve made:

Thanks for sharing all your great ideas!

Oh, I can so relate to the police helicopter/firetruck comment! I want to do Christmas things, and The Littlest Apple is absorbed in his world of construction trucks and firetrucks. This is all sounding so familiar!

I am seriously going to try to do a craft mash up with rescue vehicles and Christmas. I love a challenge!
