I decided to get my niece’s children their own nativity sets for Christmas this year. I gave Fern, her 4 yo daughter hers on Thanksgiving, so she could enjoy it throughout the entire season. As expected, she absolutely loves it!! We set it up on a wooden tray in the living room. She even had to have it moved into the kitchen with her, so she could continue to stare at it while she ate dinner! When she opened the box, she told me who everyone is, explaining that “this is baby Jesus and when He grows up, well, He’s still called baby Jesus”! I am going to borrow (steal?) your wonderful idea for a beautiful game and create a Christmas game package for everyone I know, when they are expecting their firstborn! I’ll include a nativity set, book of the first Christmas and create a set of clue cards!! I cannot tell you how excited I am to get busy on creating those cards! One of my friends’ is expecting her first grandchild in January and will be the first recipient of my new traditional Christmas gift!! I will definitely include a note giving credit and sincere thanks to Allison McDonald for sharing such a wonderful gift!! Thank you to everyone for all of the additional ideas!
