Our Summer Reading Challenge is on fire! We can do this , our goal of 25, 000 books read is totally attainable . Please if you haven’t sent in your reading totals do it right now, it will take you like 45 seconds to fill out the form and it’s your entry for a chance to win the end of challenge sweepstakes too. Yes we have already read over TEN THOUSAND books ( 10670 to be exact) . This is so amazing but don’t stop the momentum is just getting started! This week I came home with 37 books from the library and we have been snuggling on the couch and reading one after another after another! Have you discovered any new favorite books?
If you have no clue what the heck we are talking about and who read these 10, 000 books let me catch you up. Every summer No Time For Flash Cards readers read with their kids , count up the books and tally it. Every week they enter the tally into our grand total and by the end of the summer we try to beat the year before. Our goal this year is 25, 000 books.
Oh and at the end of the summer I will draw a name from all the entries for a $50 Amazon.com gift card .

So far we have read almost 7000 books which is awesome but we need to step it up to beat last year. I will read an extra few this week if you will. Our goal is to blow past last year’s total and reach 25, 000 books . I know we can do it and if your weather today is like ours we will all be adding a few extra books to our tally .
