1. put the pasta/rice in a zip lock bag
2. put a teaspoon or so of food colour & Vinager
3. zip bag shut
4. shake until colour is all throughout pasta/rice
5. slowly spread over papertowel to dry (doesn't take that long to dry because there isn't as much liquid involved_
