					<description><![CDATA[The method we use at my child care is a bit less messy. &lt;br/&gt;1. put the pasta/rice in a zip lock bag&lt;br/&gt;2. put a teaspoon or so of food colour &#038; Vinager&lt;br/&gt;3. zip bag shut&lt;br/&gt;4. shake until colour is all throughout pasta/rice&lt;br/&gt;5. slowly spread over papertowel to dry (doesn&#039;t take that long to dry because there isn&#039;t as much liquid involved_]]></description>
