I bought the crib first BRU said that they will refund the money once we get the voucher.

My son is sleeping ( well 5 hours is barely sleeping) in his Pack N’Play in the meantime.

We won’t see the voucher for ages.

It’s insanity!

Allison, I have a question…when you called BRU, they didn’t tell you that you had to have the voucher first to get the new crib? I received my “recall kit” from Jardine and they literally have you dismantle the crib and send in all of the bolts before they send the voucher. Turnaround time is 2 weeks, so here we are wondering what we will do for 2 weeks with no crib.
It sounds like you found a way around this so I am hoping I can follow your lead!
