Love You Forever is one of my all time favorites! My kids range from 24 to 28 and I still can’t read it without choking up. I read it to them so often when they were small, they could almost quote the entire book. I cannot imagine anyone not loving it!

my son is recently divorced. he loves to read to his son who is 3 every night before bed when he has him. it is very hard to find books about children or animals, etc and their dad. most books are about how much Mommy loves him, does for him, etc.
my son usually substitues “daddy” for Mommy in the stories but now his son is noticing the pictures and saying that’s not daddy that’s mommy. any suggestions?
