we had the not so traditional ketchup… I thought we had sour cream in the fridge but it was a half empty container of ricotta cheese , oops.

I helped my daughter’s preschool class make latkes from scratch this morning for their big Hanukkah party (she goes to a Jewish preschool). And, of course, we are making them tonight for the 1st Night! Mmmm! So yummy with applesauce and sour cream!
