I try to preview the books we get from the library. Give them a quick read before I sit down for story time, but once in a while I skip that part. The other day I read a birthday book that had a message I DID NOT like. We ended up having a follow up question session on how the characters could have handled it differently. . .can’t wait to read through your book review. I want to avoid doing that again anytime soon!

Wow, what a coincidence, I just picked up a few of her books the other day! My favorite, by FAR, is Chester! So cute! Scaredy squirrel books seemed to kind of follow a formula, that I got tired of.
