					<description><![CDATA[I love this message.  Not only is it healthy, but I think eating together as a family and playing/exercising out side helps improve relationships.  My children are still young at 7 &#038; 5, but starting these habits now will help when they become crazy teenagers...I hope.  I have fond memories of my family eating together each night.  

When the weather is noce, we almost always take a walk or boke ride after dinner.  The kids got a kick ball for Christmas and have been into that as well.  When the weather is too cold or rainy to go outside, we play hide and seek in the house at night with the lights off...super fun!]]></description>
