I’ve linked in a post that was inspired by a craft and activity that I read on No Time For Flash Cards. I love your blog and it’s been a fabulous resource to me over the past couple of years. We are homeschooling our 4 year old and I love the variety and range of crafts and activities. Thank you!

As you’ll see from our website, Fred and I are national forest campers and huge, longtime camping fans. I did a little article about camping with children several years ago and thought you might find useful. This is the link to that article – http://www.forestcamping.com/dow/suzi/articles/around/around01.htm. There have been other ideas mentioned in my blog over the years but this article has some of the ideas & activities from camping with my children a long time ago. I would consider paragraphs 2 and 3 very important but paragraph 5 is a favorite resource for rain days in the forest. Hope they give you some ideas. Suzi

Summer is approaching. This can only mean one thing. Ice Cream and Freezees. I’ve come up with a simple way to keep little hands from getting too cold when enjoying a freezee treat!
    Thanks for the linky

My five-year-old (with the help of her two-year-old brother) made a stop animation movie for her dad for Father’s Day. Daddy being a techno-geek, nothing could have warmed his heart more. 🙂 I was sooo proud of their creation, I just had to share.

Well….I wasn’t thinking clearly and for some reason I put my actual name instead of the title of my blog. I made a Fruit Loop Sort printable. Great for learning during snack time!

I’m a little late to the party, but I wanted to share my recent post about a great homemade Father’s Day gift (it could easily be translated to teacher appreciation, holiday gifting, etc). I’m looking forward to checking out all the links! Thanks for hosting this!
