Teacher Self-Care – Join Our Winter Bootcamp

Did you do our teacher self-care challenge this summer? This winter self-care bootcamp is very similar – in fact, the lessons are the same because they work. The feedback from the summer self-care challenge was so positive I am re-launching it for the winter. We all need refreshers, we all need to set time aside to work on ourselves and for teachers that usually happens when we have a few days off and can find some time to reflect. Now that the school year is in full swing your goals might look different than they did in August, so even if you were one of the hundreds of teachers who participated in the Summer Self-Care for Teachers Challenge – I’d love for you to join me and set new goals for 2020!

How does this self-care for teachers bootcamp work?

After you sign up you will get an email every day for 14 days. Most are lessons, some are just affirmations that you can do this! You can do a lesson each day, or save them and do them at your own pace. It’s up to you.

Each email focuses on different parts of self-care. There are no girls’ trips to Mexico or suggestions for a spa vacation in this course, just an honest look at what you spend your time on and what you are sacrificing, probably your health, definitely your sleep. After that honest look, we will dive into how to set goals that will fuel you and help you to be a better teacher by making yourself and self-care a priority.

Before we ring in the new year, let’s make a commitment to making it the best year yet and I know that this self-care bootcamp can help you do that!

Do you think Self-Care is important? I do too. In fact, it is one of the topics I speak to teachers about. Learn more about my speaking engagements and trainings here.
