This is such a simple Christmas craft for your little ones. You may not have time to find these foam angels ( they are from the dollar store) but you can cut an angel out of paper too. The two must haves are glitter and double stick tape. Years ago we made ornaments with this same process, but when I saw these angel cut-outs I knew they would be perfect for this. The great thing about this craft is that there is no glue, so there is no real wait time. You can make it and put it up immediately, or take it home immediately too. Double stick tape can be frustrating for really little guys so you may have to tag team this with a preschooler. You place the tape they add the glitter!
How To Make This Easy Christmas Craft
Gather your materials. You will need foam angel cutouts, double stick tape, and glitter. I also used scissors to trim the edges of the tape. The princess biking gloves are completely optional.
Start by placing tape wherever you want!
Add glitter, I couldn’t get a still shot and that’s OK.
I loved the cross she made with the glitter.
Although I stopped at this stage with my angels, she wasn’t done.
She grabbed googly eyes, markers, and a piece of construction paper to complete her angel. Please remember a creation is not done until the artist says it is, it might not fit your idea but that is not the point. I am glad we had all these extra supplies on hand.Â
