I am getting so excited about heading back into the classroom after my year off. One of the first themes we dive into is apples, being in Washington State we have apples everywhere, our local parks have apple trees, I have six apple trees in my yard, and my preschool has a small orchard too. It just makes sense that we use what we see around us to direct our learning.
