I baked pumpkin muffins today ( I won’t tell you how many I ate, that would be embarrassing) because even though technically it’s still summer, I am in full on fall mode. I wanted to share with you some fantastic fall themed math activities for preschool and kindergarten. These can be done in classrooms or at your kitchen table ( except the number line you’ll want to go to the playground or your driveway for that one). Each of these activities is a little novel, they are extra fun for a reason, we need to make math fun because for whatever reason kids are getting the message that math is hard well before they should be. Math should be fun, and these fall math activities for preschool and kindergarten make it super fun!

These are great ideas! We just bought some of those googly eyes at the dollar store, so I think we’ll have to make some monsters 🙂
